Whilst other pos 4/5 are potentially struggling with hp sustain in the laning stage, IO (especially with a headdress that builds into locket) could turn into a floating fountain lol. Slight shame that salve was only lowered by 10 gold but meh, still pretty decent. I might re-visit IO this patch tbh.
